CEO & Co-Founder

Rajesh Francis is a seasoned technology leader specializing in cloud-based data and AI-driven digital transformation. Author of O'Reilly publications book - Amazon Redshift: The Definitive guide. With over six years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Solutions Architecture, Business Development, and GTM roles, he helped global enterprises build scalable, secure AI and data solutions.

Previously, in consulting roles at Accenture and Deloitte, Rajesh led SAP ERP implementations to solve business challenges. As founder of Reliaminds, he combines deep technical expertise and business insight to empower organizations with trusted, responsible AI and automation solutions.
 

Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Computer Technology degree from CIT, Coimbatore, a Masters of Computer Science degree from St.Joseph’s College, Trichy and an MBA degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.

Jerry Louis

COO & Co-Founder

Jerry is a seasoned engineering executive with 25+ years of experience building and scaling technology platforms in e-commerce and beyond. As former CTO of Wish.com, he led major cloud transformations, strengthened security, and drove the company through a successful acquisition.

With a track record at Wish.com, Booking.com/OpenTable, and eBay, Jerry blends product vision with technical depth to deliver solutions that move the needle. At our AI startup, he’s focused on turning cutting-edge AI into practical tools that help businesses work smarter and faster.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Master of Computer Science degree from St.Joseph’s College, Trichy.

Ramadass Aravindakshan

CTO & Co-Founder

As a seasoned technology consultant, Ramadass possesses deep expertise in leading complex IT transformations within North America's demanding Insurance and Financial Services industries. His experience at prominent firms such as Cognizant, Capgemini, and iGate was defined by delivering impactful results by leading large, globally-distributed teams to meet ambitious project goals and ensure client success.

Today, Ramadass is channeling his unique combination of hands-on technical knowledge and strategic leadership skills to empowering small and medium-sized businesses. He is focused on making advanced AI tools accessible and practical for SMBs, equipping them with the cutting-edge technology necessary to streamline their operations, innovate, and effectively level the playing field in their respective markets.
